Our pastor, Jeff Clegg,  is a devoted servant of God with a rich educational background and years of experience in ministry. A graduate of Truett McConnell College and the University of Georgia, he holds a Master of Divinity with a specialization in Christian Education from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. His journey has included serving as the Student and Education Pastor at First Baptist Social Circle, Pastor of Park Place Baptist Church in Snellville, Pastor of Discipleship and Assimilation at CrossRoads Baptist Church, and Chaplain for Abbey Hospice. Most recently, he was the Student Pastor at First Baptist Social Circle.

Beyond his impressive experience, what truly sets him apart is his deep love for people and his heart for ministry. He is passionate about guiding others in their walk with Christ and helping them grow in their faith. His leadership is rooted in a desire to see lives transformed by the love of God.

He is also a dedicated family man, sharing his life and ministry with his wonderful wife, Amy, and their two sons, Mitchell and his wife Meredith, and Zach and his fiancée Cheyenne. Their family is a beautiful reflection of the love and grace they share with everyone at SCC.
